As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible gaming experience, we've been carefully evaluating the Valegate portfolio and after analysing recent player activity in Survival. Based on our findings, and taking into account valuable player feedback, we've decided to undertake some significant renovations to ensure its continued commercial viability and long-term success.

Slimefun Survival Remains Unaffected

We want to assure our Slimefun Survival players that this announcement has no impact on your game mode. We remain fully committed to supporting Slimefun Survival.

Temporary Closure for Major Upgrades

To facilitate these exciting changes, the Survival server will be temporarily closed from January 27th, 2025. During this time, our dedicated development team will be hard at work implementing a range of improvements, including:

• Increased Voting Rewards: Reap even greater benefits for supporting the server!
• Towny Support: Build and manage your own towns, with options for both Towny and default claiming systems that seamlessly coexist.
• Upgraded Flight & Gameplay Mechanics: Enjoy smoother, more enhanced gameplay.
• New Donator Ranks: Unlock exclusive perks with our revamped donation system.
• Jobs: Embark on new career paths and earn rewards.
• McMMO: Master new skills and abilities with this popular plugin.
• 1.21.4 with Standard Terrain Generation: Explore a refreshed world with the latest Minecraft features. We've heard your feedback on the custom terrain generation, and we'll be reverting to the standard 1.21.4 generation for a more familiar experience.

A Necessary Step

We understand that this temporary closure may come as a surprise to some. However, we firmly believe that allowing Survival to continue on its current trajectory is not in the best interests of our players or the server. These renovations are essential to revitalize the game mode and provide a more engaging and rewarding experience for everyone.
